One of my favorite outfits is a sweater (or top) layered over a dress. It breaks up the dress, and creates a completely different look. It's an easy way to make old things new again! (Confession- I purchased this black dress for $8 at a vintage store, but I have kept it forever because I layer it up with different elements and it keeps the dress looking relevant).
