With a full day of work ahead of me, I wanted a look that was professional, yet didn't sacrifice my personal style. I decided to mix up a simple black blazer by pairing it with a multi-colored maxi. I also threw in one more of-the-moment trend: buttoning your shirt all the way up to the collar. This originated with mens shirts, but the women have officially now taken it over as their own.
