THREADFLIP



I am in love. I have found Threadflip.com. You know the saying. "One man's garbage is another man's treasure"? In this case, it's more like, "One woman's old maxi skirt, is another woman's wardrobe staple".  Threadflip.com. is a genius website that allows you to sell your unwanted clothing items or allows you to shop through others people's items that are being sold. 

When I got word of this website, I wanted to check it out for myself. After a quick login set up, I was on my way to finding unique vintage goods for VERY reasonable prices. As I sorted through the pictures of goods, I noticed that this website not only buys and sells products, but it serves as an outlet for unique photography and style. Most clothes are not simply displayed on mannequins, but they are displayed on real women (most of whom are the seller). I got to see how the garments fit on a "real" body, and how the item could be styled. As I scrolled through, I fell in love with a vintage leopard print button down top. It was displayed tucked in to a high waisted black skirt, but I also knew it would look great with skinny jeans or tucked into boot cut jeans with a belt that I had tucked away in my closet. So before I knew it, I was ordering the top for a whopping $22! Just after I put in my order, I recieved a prompt confirmation email that my order was submitted, and it was easy as that!

I encourage each of you to check out this website. I'm sure you will be addicted; and for good reason! Vintage pieces at discount prices without having to sort through racks of clothes; what more could a girl want?!?
