I am beyond obsessed with the girly flare of this skirt. It seems to hug in all the right places, and just add that extra hint of femininity without going over board. To tone down the playful puff of the skirt, I wanted to add a structured piece on top and this blazer did the trick! Always remember: it's all about balance. In this case, full on the bottom, and slimmer up top.
