I am in love with this dress, and Nicole Richie completely rocked it. The lace + the long sleeves + the detailing + the high neckline = it's all perfection. I love how Nicole Richie always seems to push the envelope, even in Hollywood "high society settings". She stays true to herself and her personal style.
